Our workout software customizes for age, gender, training experience, ability, training location, equipment available, injury and preferred training days, and also allows for injury reporting, postponing and deleting a workout and adding an exercise.  
Genesant offers the most customizable, feature-rich workout planning software in the industry. Our workout planning software enables the integration of client proprietary workouts which will be individually customized for end-users. Client's may also choose to offer Genesant's select track workout programs. The software customizes for age, gender, training experience, ability, training location, equipment available, injury and preferred training days, and also allows for injury reporting, postponing and deleting a workout and adding an exercise.  The software uses workout results to adjust future workouts and optimally guide users to their workout goals.

Genesant’s workout planning software consists of two applications: the strength training workout software and the cardio training workout software.  Our strength training software uses complex algorithms to calibrate the weight to be used for each set in addition to the exercises, number of sets and reps and rest time. Cardio training workouts may be for basic cardio training or event specific training (i.e. marathon, 10k, etc.).
